Aftercare

For standard defect issues, the automated numbers provided on homeowner packs and on QR codes attached to relevant appliances, such as heating, leaks, electrical, etc., will be initially allocated to the appropriate parties.

Defect Liability Period

If the companies still under the defect liability period decide not to fully address all consequential damages related to the original defect, Vision will propose to manage the entire refurbishment once the original issue is resolved.

Consequential Damages

We aim to resolve all consequential damages within an agreed-upon timeframe, with the resident, client, main contractor, and affected supply chain company agreeing on the terms and costs.

Health & Safety

Health and Safety are managed in accordance with statutory requirements and industry best practice. Risk
Assessments and method statements are produced for all applicable works.
